(After this date registration will be available at the conference check-in desk)
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation or refund has to be notified via email to the Technical Secretariat (maite.balleste@momentum-spain.com) Refunds will be paid at the end of the Conference. In the case the cancellation is done before July 6th a 10% of the total amount to refund will be deducted for administrative expenses, from July 7th to September 1st, only 50% of the total amount will be refund. Cancellations notified after this date, will not be able to claim any refund, but will receive all the Conference information.
